My Real Estate Experience
At the age of 16, Tim entered the Real Estate profession by joining his father's agency and becoming a Realtor in Florida. Shortly after, Tim began to invest in both residential and commercial Real Estate, primarily in Florida. Over the years Tim has successfully started and sold several businesses in the technology industry, while continuing to invest in Real Estate.

In 2004, Tim and his family moved to Nashville and after several months decided to settle in Spring Hill area and currently reside in Thompson's Station. Tim has spent over thirty years in Real Estate focusing on investing, renting, rehabbing, 1031 exchanges and more. Tim has both the knowledge and experience to guide his clients through any Real Estate transactions.

Tim and his wife Ellen have one daughter who is beginning a Real Estate career of her own since recently graduating and one son in High School.
